Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Psychology Department for the Northern Trust located in Holywell Hospital, Antrim.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Practitioner Psychologist to work with adults with an intellectual disability, providing assessments, treatment plans, and interventions. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing these tasks and will be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete assessments and treatment plans for adults with an intellectual disability
- Provide interventions and support to individuals and their families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Hold a Psychology Degree and be registered with the HCPC
- Have post-qualification experience working as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Full Driving Licence and access to transport
- One year of relevant qualification experience
- Willingness to attend all mandatory training courses
- A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
- Free comprehensive and ongoing annual training courses
- Weekly pay and mileage allowance
