About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to adults and children with complex health needs in their own homes across London and Reading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex medical needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Administering medication and providing clinical care as required
  • Supporting clients with mobility issues, breathing difficulties, and other complex health conditions
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients
