**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team at Polaris Children's Services. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to families, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide emotional support and guidance to families, helping them to develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being
* Work closely with families to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to family support
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and secure
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary of £23,653.90 per annum
* 37.5 hours per week, with evening and weekend cover required to meet service user needs
* Full-time, permanent contract
* 30 days' annual leave (rising to 35 days with length of service) + Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Life Assurance x2 & Employee Discount Scheme
* Hybrid working arrangement, with a base location in Mansfield

* A compassionate and non-judgmental approach, with a commitment to empowering families to make positive changes
* A high level of organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
