Technical Analyst Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Technical Analyst to join the National Data and Analytics (NDA) Data Engineering Team.

About the Role

You will work in a team that has access to end-to-end business data, utilizing new technologies and data sources to drive business forward. As part of NDA, you will form close relationships with Business Partners, Data Scientists, and Data Visualisers to deliver data-driven solutions to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient data integration, including transformation, cleansing, and preparation
  • Complete Data Engineering end-to-end ownership of demand delivery
  • Provide 2nd or 3rd level technical support
Requirements
  • IT background (e.g. development, data analytics, support, governance)
  • Experience with data modelling, SQL scripting, Alteryx, Microsoft SSIS, and creating and managing ETL processes
  • The ability to interact with the operational business and other departments, translating technical concepts and problems into business language

  • Salary starting £52,985 rising to £61,030
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
