Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with project clients to define project goals and requirements
  • Provide regular project reporting to stakeholders and ensure effective communication
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Coordinate and manage employees and service providers involved in the project
  • Maintain customer relationships with all departments of the Hansestadt Lübeck
  • Contribute to the conceptualization and introduction of IT regulations and guidelines for the city administration
  • Analyze and design IT processes based on ITIL
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience and skills
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects
  • Practical experience in ERP migration projects is an asset
  • Knowledge of ITIL and its application in project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of business administration and its application in IT project management
