Eurocell Group PLC is seeking a skilled Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our branch network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining branch standards.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, a commercial approach to drive sales, and good organisational skills. They will be confident in their ability to work independently and as part of a small team, with a full and valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for trade counter sales to achieve sales targets, confidently communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Picking, loading and delivering products to customers via Eurocell's 3.5 tonne flatbed trucks and LWB vans.
  • Supporting the Branch Manager with actions and activities on time, in full.
  • Maintaining branch standards, including warehouse and stock management, front of house cleanliness and point of sale.
Requirements
  • A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers.
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy.
  • Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive basic salary of £26,698 per year.
  • An excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary would be up to £30,298 per year.
