We are currently recruiting for a Farm Supervisor to lead our harvest operations based near Colchester. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the harvesting teams, conducting crop walks, and ensuring that all relevant health and safety processes are followed. You will also work closely with the Harvest Manager to drive productivity and achieve daily targets.

  • Supervise a team of up to 30 people in harvesting various crops.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in crop harvesting.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with farming equipment and machinery, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
