Information Security and Compliance Expert

GerrardWhite is looking for a highly skilled Information Security and Compliance Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on ensuring the security and compliance of our data.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the implementation and adherence to data privacy best practices and participate in initiatives to secure sensitive and personal data in line with legal and regulatory standards.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the data governance framework ensuring consistencies, standards, and policies are in place and adhered to.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrable experience within a data quality assurance and governance role gained within a regulated environment (ideally insurance).
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
This is a permanent full-time position based in [Location]. The salary will be dependent on experience and skills. Benefits include 28 days annual leave, pension contribution, sick pay, and more.
