About the Role

As a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be responsible for running a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including residential property, landlord and tenant disputes, and commercial disputes. You will work proactively to find solutions for clients, thinking commercially about their needs and preferences.

  • You will undertake necessary pre-action litigation, drafting and preparing proceedings, schedules of loss, pleadings, witness statements, and court documents as required.
  • You will prepare, advise, and draft necessary documents for applications.

The ideal candidate will have several years' PQE experience working as a litigator in a local or regional firm, with a proven knowledge and experience of the law and practice relating to Civil Litigation and the obligations of the Civil Procedure Rules.
