Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead on a variety of projects, applying your expertise in cost management and contract administration to ensure financial precision and client satisfaction.
  • Take charge of initial feasibility studies, contract negotiations, and final account settlements, making every day both challenging and rewarding.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and your team to deliver cost-effective solutions and drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably with a consultancy background.
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
