Peripatetic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with colleagues to advance skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of excellence
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure the safe administration of medications
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You should have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.
