As an Aerospace Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients, staff, and third-party contractors.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on health and safety matters to management and staff.
  3. Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for staff and third-party contractors.
  4. Investigate and report on health and safety incidents and near misses.
  5. Collaborate with the wider XO team to ensure health and safety best practices are implemented across the organization.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changing health and safety regulations and ensure that XO's policies and procedures are aligned with these requirements.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  1. NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent.
  2. Strong working knowledge of UK H&S Regulation.
  3. Experience of using online integrated management tools.
  4. Experience in a highly regulated environment, such as aviation, nuclear, or construction.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  6. Experience with Centrik software.
  7. Experience of working in Part 145.
  8. Membership of IOSH or equivalent industry body.
  9. Knowledge of H&S regulatory requirements in Germany, Malta, and France.
