Service Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cabin Services Coordinator at Ascend Airways.
About the Role:
- Manage administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the Cabin Services Department.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Proficient in using airline management software and MS Office Suite.
- Administrative responsibility for all flight documents and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Track and organize documentation and records for all CC assessments and performance files.
- Be the point of contact for cabin services feedback, attend client meetings, and use client information for prevention management of future issues onboard.
- Administrative ownership for all uniform coordination, including ordering, invoicing, client liaison, maintenance of CC sizing records, and handling any uniform issues or complaints.
- Assist the Head of Cabin Services with all administrative tasks as needed.
