Customer Service Manager Luxury Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver memorable experiences for guests, entertaining clients and building rapport with individual guests.
  • Manage challenging situations with tact and diplomacy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with departments to maintain service standards, exceeding Maybourne Hotel Group expectations.
  • Lead the reception team, assisting with training and employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to departmental objectives, maximizing occupancy and reputation, and achieving business goals.
