Experienced Year 5 Teacher Required

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Year 5 teacher to join our school in Hinckley. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, monitoring pupil progress and creating a positive classroom environment.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), proven UK teaching experience and a strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to teaching and a passion for helping children succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a focused learning space.
  • Collaborate with other staff members and communicate regularly with parents to support pupil development.
Salary Details

Estimated salary: £100-130 per day.
