GBA5 EntServ UK Limited is a leading provider of training services to the British Army. We are currently seeking an experienced ACII Classroom Engineer to join our team.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to support the delivery of high-quality training environments for the British Army. As an ACII Classroom Engineer, you will be responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining changes within the ACII Classroom environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and implementing changes within the ACII Classroom environment.
• Supporting MOD's own support staff as needed.
• Managing and maintaining specialized classroom environments for BOWMAN radio training, Virtual Battlefield Simulation, and other training modules.
• Handling a network consisting of around 150 servers and 4500 workstations across 54 MOD sites.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• SCCM experience.
• Wintel experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Citrix, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Environmental Support to Networks.
• McAfee EPO, Veritas, Hyper-V, VMware.
• Hands-on knowledge of procedures used in installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware and software.
• System roll-out experience.
