About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at BMS Engineering Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within retail stores to gain new distribution for our partners' vape products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales of vape products.
- Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales and increase market share.
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to key decision makers to close deals and secure new business.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM systems to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- Travel to retail stores and other locations as required to meet with customers and prospects.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook) to create sales materials, track sales performance, and communicate with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales positions, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the FMCG market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to retail stores and other locations as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook).
