Job DescriptionAs the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for maintaining an overview of all client projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing budgets. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the client services team to achieve exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project management: overseeing the delivery of creative and integrated marketing campaigns for consumer brands
- Client relationship management: nurturing and developing existing relationships, as well as identifying and converting new opportunities
- Team leadership: mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in leading delivery of creative and integrated marketing campaigns for consumer brands
- A natural flair for nurturing and developing teams, getting the best out of your people
- A genuine ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
