  • Provide support and guidance to young people with varying degrees of emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Work collaboratively with the education team to develop and implement strategies to promote wellbeing and resilience.
  • Communicate effectively with young people, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progression.
