About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy and Data Analyst to join our Strategy and Performance Team at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.

As a key member of our team, you will play a significant role in providing strategic advice and guidance that underpins the council's policy and informs the decisions of our Cabinet members and Senior Leadership Team.

You will lead on the interpretation and analysis of statistical performance-related information, providing high-quality research and engaging communication on national policy and local and national economic trends related to all areas of the council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the interpretation and analysis of statistical performance-related information
  • Provide high-quality research and engaging communication on national policy and local and national economic trends
  • Develop and maintain data visualization tools using PowerBi
Requirements
