About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team, working with older adults. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to support individuals with mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to individuals, families, and carers
- Participate in the team's duty rota and contribute to the development of the occupational therapy service
