Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Appraiser to join our team. As a Property Appraiser, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property valuations, and carrying out viewings as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for property sales through various channels, including online marketing and networking.
  • Conduct property valuations accurately and efficiently, using industry-standard methods and tools.
  • Carry out viewings with potential buyers when required, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Work alternate Saturdays, as needed, to accommodate client schedules.
  • Hold a valid driving license for property visits, ensuring timely and efficient travel.
  • Receive bonus per solicitor referral and bonus per mortgage referral, providing an additional incentive for exceptional performance.
  • Maintain a professional phone manner at all times, ensuring excellent customer service.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays
  • 20 days annual leave plus all bank holidays

Requirements:

  • Experience in property valuation or a related field, ideally within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driving license and reliable transportation, for property visits and other work-related activities.
