About the Role

We are a specialist employment law practice, McCabe and Co Solicitors, seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a full caseload of employment law matters, including tribunal work, settlement agreements, employee relations issues, and document drafting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake all aspects of employment law, including tribunal work for employees and businesses
  • Settlement agreements, employee relations issues, and document drafting
  • Policy and procedures, due diligence, corporate support, and restrictive covenant and related issues
Requirements
  • Experience in UK employment law
  • Full or part-time position available
  • Ability to work with a highly varied client base
  • Good marketeer and business developer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to cover the full remit of employment law
