About the Role

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Corporate Tax department. You will be responsible for providing strategic tax advisory services to our clients, including reorganizations, demergers, R&D tax credits, and due diligence on acquisitions. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, becoming their trusted business advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Engage in tax advisory assignments, including reorganizations, demergers, R&D tax credits, due diligence on acquisitions, and more.
  • Client Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of corporate clients, becoming their trusted business advisor.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues worldwide to provide comprehensive solutions to UK and international clients.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Oversee and mentor a team of three, fostering growth and excellence within the team.
  • Compliance Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely Corporate Tax compliance services for a varied client portfolio, reviewing complex returns and staying abreast of regulatory changes.
