Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Palletising and Despatch Team at Dr. Oetker. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse area, ensuring accurate allocation and distribution of materials for production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations: Picking and Putaway - allocation and distribution of materials for production.
  • Stock order picking for customer requirements.
  • Despatch order checking against warehouse SAP documentation.
  • Responsible for accuracy in completion of all warehouse documentation.
  • Safe operations of the Semi-automated storage, racking and palletising systems.
  • Responsible for the use of material handling equipment and safe work practices.
  • Material handling equipment pre shift checks.
  • Responsible for housekeeping within their area (cleaning as you go).

Requirements

  • Proven experience of driving FLT/PPT warehouse trucks.
  • Proficient in WMS / SAP and office applications.
  • Effective verbal / written communication skills.
  • Good level of numeracy.
  • A Good team player with a flexible approach and good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work using own initiative.
  • Able to work within a team and / or independently.
  • Safe working practice at all times.
