My client, a luxury country hotel in Devon, is looking for an experienced individual from a hotel background to oversee the management of the F&B outlets. As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for developing and motivating the team, ensuring a smooth running of all the F&B outlets along with private events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and train staff to the highest level
  • Oversee the restaurant and event managers
  • Report to the Hotel Manager
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
  • Assume responsibility of the operations, stock takes and financial results

Requirements

  • Experience as a F&B Manager a must
  • A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
  • A high level of customer service
  • Fine dining experience needed
  • Must have hotel experience
  • Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
  • Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
