Job Description

Fundamental to the UK Atomic Energy Authority's mission is a robust risk management and control framework. To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced Group Senior Internal Auditor to play a pivotal role in the delivery of our internal audit programme.

This highly challenging and rewarding position will see you working on a broad array of auditing functions, across all elements of an internal audit service. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and guiding audit assignments, assessing the effectiveness of risk management and control frameworks.

You will collaborate with senior management to develop a robust risk management and control framework across the UKAEA Group and its subsidiaries. This will involve liaising with senior management in the generation of actions to address audit recommendations, including root cause study and consideration of risk exposures.

We offer a competitive salary of £48,376, plus excellent benefits, including a defined benefit pension scheme, corporate bonus scheme up to 7%, flexible working options, and generous annual leave allowance.
