About the Job

Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital, a 46-bedded private hospital in West Hampshire, seeks an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to provide exceptional patient care and support our clinical teams. This role requires a flexible approach, working on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist consultants and nurses with procedures, such as dressings and wound care. You will work collaboratively with our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing a high level of patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting colleagues in various departments, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Neurosurgery, and more.
  • Managing a wide range of activities, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
  • Supporting consultants and nurses with procedures, enhancing patient outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • A flexible approach, working on an ad-hoc basis.
  • An NVQ level 3 qualification.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £13.00 per hour, depending on experience, along with:
