About the Role

We are a leading Education Recruitment Agency, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping schools and educational institutions find the right candidates for their open positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and other educational institutions to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Advertising Job Opportunities: Effectively advertise job openings and source suitable candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Screening, Interviewing, and Shortlisting: Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and shortlisting processes to identify the most suitable candidates for our clients.
  • Providing Advice and Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
  • Negotiating Job Offers: Negotiate job offers and close deals with candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Meeting and Exceeding Recruitment Targets: Meet and exceed recruitment targets by consistently delivering high-quality candidates to our clients.
Requirements
  • Strong Experience in Sales and/or Recruitment: Possess strong experience in sales and/or recruitment, with a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality candidates to clients.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills: Possess strong negotiation and sales skills to effectively negotiate job offers and close deals with candidates.
  • Results-Driven Attitude and Passion for Education: Demonstrate a results-driven attitude and a passion for education to consistently deliver high-quality candidates to our clients.
