Job Title: Carer Involvement Facilitator

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Carer Involvement Facilitator to join our team. This key role involves co-producing opportunities, workshops, and training sessions with our Professional Lead for Lived Experience Practice.

The successful candidate will possess lived experience of caring for someone with an eating disorder, be committed to co-production and shared decision-making principles, and be able to travel independently. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

About the Role:
  • Develop and deliver opportunities for carers to engage with eating disorders care services
  • Support the growth and development of our lived experience network and communications
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to peer engagement facilitators
  • Collaborate closely with our Professional Lead for Lived Experience Practice to develop strategies and initiatives
