We are seeking a Club Ambassador to join our Reception Team at David Lloyd Clubs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading health and fitness operator and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all members and visitors. This will involve managing member queries, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, based on a 20-hour contract. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive an estimated £1,750 per annum in benefits, bringing your total remuneration package to £27,750.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members and visitors
  • Manage member queries and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers
