Key Responsibilities

  • Project management of multiple schemes across the South East
  • Development and implementation of effective maintenance programmes
  • Defect analysis and contract administration
  • Leadership and mentorship of junior members

The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, MRICS qualification, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • BSc in Building Surveying or related field
  • MRICS qualified or working towards this accreditation
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
