Retail Management Leader

We are currently seeking a Retail Management Leader to join our store team at Lidl. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth through effective marketing and merchandising strategies.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 30 hours per week is required for this role, with a salary estimated to be between £46,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
