Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team and lead the design, development, and maintenance of our cloud-based platform. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for creating a unified system that integrates workflows and data, leveraging mobile applications to digitalize manual processes and increase efficiency and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement applications and services using Typescript and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote best practices to maintain high-quality code.
  • Shape architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap, driving innovation and growth.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Typescript and Python development.
  • Experience with Django or Flask.
  • Proficient with AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning frameworks.
