Coachbuilder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coachbuilder/Bodyman to join our mechanical engineering team. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting accident bodywork repairs, window repairs, diagnosing body faults, performing collision and vandalism repairs, addressing routine inspection findings and defect cards, painting minor bodywork repairs, handling fibreglass bodywork, and documenting repairs for third-party insurance claims.

• Conduct accident bodywork repairs and window repairs
• Diagnose body faults and perform collision and vandalism repairs
• Address routine inspection findings and defect cards
• Paint minor bodywork repairs
• Handle fibreglass bodywork
• Document repairs for third-party insurance claims

• Minimum level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent
• Proven coach building experience
• Welding experience
• Hold a Cat B Driving Licence
• Working experience in vehicle accident repair and painting for PSV/HGV vehicles
