We are seeking an exceptional Drama Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust's prestigious school in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will have a formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE) and the ability to teach Drama at KS3 & KS4. They will be expected to deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the needs of all students.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, teaching Drama at KS3 & KS4. The successful candidate will be part of a well-resourced and supportive department, working closely with the head of department to develop the curriculum and improve student outcomes.

Requirements

  • Drama Teacher with experience of teaching at KS3 & KS4
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Drama
  • Able to contribute to the development of the Drama department
