Catering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our kitchen team in providing healthy and inviting meals for our residents. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing and serving food, and ensuring that our residents' dietary needs are met.

• Manage the kitchen team, including staff rotas and holidays
• Prepare and serve food that meets the highest standards of quality and safety
• Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, and that all food hygiene standards are met
• Manage the kitchen budget and ensure that all purchases are made within allocated funds

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about providing high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will have a proven track record of managing a kitchen team, and will be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a creative and innovative thinker, able to develop and implement new menu ideas and improve existing ones. You will also be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with colleagues and residents to ensure that their needs are met.
