About the Role:
">As a Sales Ledger Finance Professional at ProAmpac, you will play a key role in managing our sales ledger operations. Your responsibilities will include daily processing of sales invoices, verifying credit notes, and sending customer statements. You will also be involved in daily posting of cash receipts and weekly sales and debtor reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily processing of sales invoices and verification of credit notes
  • Sending customer statements and conducting initial credit control
  • Daily posting of cash receipts and weekly sales and debtor reporting
  • Creating new customer accounts on the Sage software
  • Providing absence cover for the Purchase Ledger Administrator
  • Assisting with projects to improve efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • AAT level finance qualification as a minimum
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with Sage, although not essential
  • Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills, with attention to detail
  • A problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits that include a comprehensive pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.
