Job Title: Lean Manufacturing Engineer
Evo Personnel Ltd. is looking for an experienced Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the Ribble Valley area.
About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing techniques and improving production efficiency. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our manufacturing processes are optimized and running smoothly.

- Collaborating with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Providing training and guidance on lean manufacturing techniques
Requirements:
- Experience in lean manufacturing and engineering
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of company benefits, including a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
