Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Administrator to join our dynamic Media & Communications team at Tate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, gathering and organizing information, and maintaining strategic guides for our volunteer Media Officers.
Key Responsibilities- Crafting compelling content for various platforms, including print and digital media.
- Collaborating with our Digital Marketing, Communications, and Brand & Creative teams to bring our big ideas to life.
- Helping to maintain and improve our strategic guides for Media Officers.
- Providing a final polish to communications and copy with your proofreading skills.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions for media and comms campaigns.
- Pitching in on internal communication projects across the organization.
- Producing reports to track our success and growth.
- Assisting in the creation of press releases and other publications.
- Creating bi-weekly email newsletters by pulling together the latest updates.
- Managing the group inbox and responding to queries.
- Helping to organize national conferences and training sessions.
- You are a confident communicator who can adapt your tone to suit different audiences.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and a "can-do" approach to challenges.
- A qualification in marketing or communications is desirable, but passion and enthusiasm for the field are equally important.
