About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Sweco UK, working on the Anglian Water @one Alliance project. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will provide technical input to projects in the Anglian Water region, focusing on design and delivery of LV electrical installations and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems, including specifications, schedules, data sheets, and drawings.
  • Design and specify LV Assemblies, including specifications, schedules, data sheets, and drawings.
  • Review LV electrical designs produced by framework contractors, including electrical schematics, cable calculations, and termination diagrams.
  • Liaise with the construction team, operations, suppliers, and utility companies on technical issues.
  • Specify and select instrumentation based on process design.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will hold a minimum of a HNC/HND in an electrical engineering discipline or demonstrate a HNC/HND level of knowledge through relevant experience. You will hold the BS7671 IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition and have practical electrical design experience in a similar industry. You will be comfortable working in a multi-disciplined team, communicating with all levels of the organisation, and taking responsibility for team projects and outputs.
