Territory Business Development Director

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
We are looking for an additional Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focusing on working with top organizations across the Communications, Media, and Telco sectors. In this role, you will leverage the full Salesforce Customer 360 portfolio, driving growth with industry-leading Cloud solutions, including Salesforce's Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and other products.
The successful candidate will lead relationships with key accounts in the CMT sector within their territory, coordinating sales efforts across various Salesforce teams. They will also demonstrate knowledge and experience of selling within the Communications, Media, and Telco sectors, as well as extensive experience (5+ years) in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in enterprise sales roles.
- Develop and execute a Territory Plan for the UKI CMT defined patch, driving pipeline generation and ultimately sales growth.
- Cultivate and manage key customer stakeholder relationships across senior levels—IT, Business, and Executive Leadership—within accounts in your patch.
- Design and drive the long-term strategic vision for your territory, aligning with customer business objectives in the CMT sector.
This is a dynamic sales environment that requires proven time management and prioritization skills.
