We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients.

This part-time position is up to 22 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver general nursing care, including wound management, vaccinations, and phlebotomy.
  • Conduct health promotion and screening activities, such as cervical cytology, smoking cessation, and lifestyle advice.
  • Support the management of long-term conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Participate in the delivery of minor illness and treatment clinics (if trained).
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and practice protocols.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Postgraduate qualifications in primary care-related nursing practice, including chronic disease management
  • Experience in cervical cytology and immunisations
  • Strong understanding of infection control procedures and protocols
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice in primary care, including health promotion strategies and prevention
  • Experience in managing long-term conditions
Remuneration and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.
