Belong is an innovative not-for-profit provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia care. As we enter a period of growth and expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Didsbury.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Community Support Worker to work with a warm and friendly team, providing care and support to older people in their own homes. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, dementia care, shopping, and trips out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to older people in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Manage medication and administer as required
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Provide dementia care and support
  • Accompany clients on trips out and engage in activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
