We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Lead to join our consultancy in Chichester, West Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering infrastructure projects for prestigious clients across various sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage day-to-day operations of small to medium-sized projects under the guidance of an Associate Director.">
  • Deliver innovative engineering solutions with a focus on estate infrastructure, roads, and drainage design.">
  • Represent the company with confidence in client meetings, project teams, and external organizations.">
  • Secure technical approvals for Section 38, 104, and 278 applications.">
  • Prepare flood risk assessments and drainage strategies tailored to project needs.">
  • Work with AutoCAD, Causeway Flow, and potentially Civil 3D or PDS for detailed infrastructure design.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 10 years of post-graduate design experience in civil engineering.">
  • Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).">
  • Technical acumen: proficiency in estate infrastructure design, with a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Causeway Flow. Familiarity with Civil 3D or PDS is a plus.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports, presentations, and client interactions.">
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.">

The salary for this position is up to £60,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including:
