About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Procurement and Supply Chain Management team. As the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of procurement and supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to ensure cost savings and improved delivery performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with procurement and supply chain activities
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management with a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
