About the Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Bournville Manufacturing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining systems, performing tasks, and supporting our continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze process variability, root causes, and define systems to eliminate them.
  • Design and define critical process parameters and centrelines; track and ensure adherence to them.
  • Provide technical confirmation to requests or projects that affect the process or equipment.
  • Identify and prioritize process capability issues for performance or quality.
  • Coach and teach the team to solve these issues.
  • Implement and maintain systems to collect, collate, and analyze data on key process parameters.
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps.
  • Establish new work standards to sustain improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record within Manufacturing.
  • Educated to degree or equivalent level in Engineering or Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence technicians, engineering resources, and line leads, as required.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization with the ability to coach and train others.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to manipulate and validate data and information.
  • Knowledge of CI processes.
  • Strong facilitation skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
  • Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment.
  • Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the Daily Management System process.
  • Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt trained.
