The post holder will work closely with the Senior Research Team and Principal Investigators to ensure compliance with trust policies, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Human Tissue Act (HTA), and trial-specific protocols. As a Research Nurse/Clinical Trials Practitioner, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of clinical research within the research directorate division. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and managing clinical trials, recruiting patients, completing trial-related activities, and collecting reliable data in accordance with GCP, Research Governance, and local trust policies.

**Key Requirements**

  • Relevant post-registration nursing experience and up-to-date GCP training
  • Clinical research experience and knowledge of trust research governance issues
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and communicate effectively in writing
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and ability to work in a team environment
