Carrington West is seeking an experienced Earthworks Examiner to join their team in Scotland.

As an Earthworks Examiner, you will be responsible for conducting earthwork examinations throughout the Scotland Region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting earthwork examinations to ensure compliance with Network Rail standards

• Collaborating with geotechnical engineers and geologists to identify potential earthwork hazards

• Developing and implementing earthwork examination plans

• Providing expert advice on earthwork-related matters

• Working closely with the consultancy team to ensure successful project delivery

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Earthworks Examiner to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of the consultancy.

Requirements:

• Hold a rail PTS

• Have experience of earthworks examinations

• Be willing to travel to sites throughout Scotland

• Have a strong understanding of earthwork-related regulations and standards

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
