At Holt Engineering, we are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Director to spearhead our quality management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our AS9100 certification, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System, and leading internal and external audits. This role will also focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the cost of poor quality and enhance our quality delivery to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain AS9100 certification
- Manage the company's Quality Management System
- Host internal and external audits
- Conduct Quality awareness sessions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead the inspection team
- Investigate non-conformances and report findings
- Present Quality KPIs to the Senior Management team
- Mentor team members in process improvements
